The Peptivelle Standard
Science you can see.
Every formula begins in a laboratory and ends with independent verification. We believe skincare should be built on proof — not promises.
Peptide Science
How peptides actually work.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the fundamental building blocks of protein in the skin. When applied topically, they act as biological messengers, signaling your skin cells to perform specific functions like collagen synthesis, muscle relaxation, and barrier repair.
Signaling
Signal peptides communicate with fibroblast cells, instructing them to increase production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid — the structural proteins that give skin its firmness and elasticity.
Inhibiting
Neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptides like SNAP-8 reduce the intensity of muscle contractions at the skin surface, softening the appearance of dynamic expression lines without injections.
Repairing
Carrier peptides like GHK-Cu deliver trace elements to skin cells, supporting tissue remodeling, wound healing, and the restoration of the skin’s natural protective functions.
Active Ingredients
What’s inside — and why.
GHK-Cu
One of the most extensively researched peptides in modern skincare. GHK-Cu (Glycine-Histidine-Lysine bound to Copper) is naturally present in human plasma and declines significantly with age. Research shows it activates over 4,000 genes involved in tissue repair and regeneration.
Applied topically, GHK-Cu has been shown to stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, promote skin repair and renewal, improve skin density and firmness, and support the skin’s natural antioxidant defense systems.

SNAP-8
An eight amino-acid peptide that targets dynamic expression lines at their biological source. SNAP-8 works by modulating the SNARE complex — the protein system responsible for triggering muscle contractions at the neuromuscular junction.
By reducing the intensity of these contractions, SNAP-8 helps visibly soften the appearance of forehead lines, crow’s feet, and expression-related wrinkles — offering a topical alternative to injectable neuromodulators.

Night Complex
Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals during the skin’s overnight repair cycle. Research suggests topical melatonin may enhance DNA repair mechanisms and reduce the visible effects of oxidative stress.
Apigenin, a naturally derived flavonoid, has well-documented anti-inflammatory properties. It helps calm visible redness and supports a more even, balanced complexion — ideal for sensitive skin types.
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) supports relaxation at the skin surface, helping to reduce the appearance of tension-related lines and contributing to a more rested, refreshed appearance overnight.

Barrier Complex
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is one of the most versatile skincare actives available, shown to improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines, and surface texture with consistent use.
Multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid works at different depths — larger molecules provide surface hydration and smoothing, while smaller molecules penetrate deeper to deliver lasting moisture retention.
Ceramide-3 is a naturally occurring lipid that plays a central role in maintaining the skin’s protective barrier. It reduces transepidermal water loss and helps defend against environmental stressors.

FAQ
Common questions.
Are peptides safe for daily use?
Yes. The peptides in our formulas are well-tolerated and have extensive safety data from decades of cosmetic and research use. They are suitable for daily morning and/or evening application for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
How long until I see results?
Peptides work at the cellular level and results build over time. Most customers notice improved hydration and skin texture within 2–3 weeks. Firming, smoothing, and brightening effects are typically more visible after 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use.
Can I use multiple serums together?
Absolutely — our three serums are designed to complement each other. Apply thinnest to thickest consistency. A simple routine: LumiCera in the morning, GHK-Cu Super Serum morning and/or evening, Night Time Serum as your final evening step.
What does the Certificate of Analysis tell me?
The COA is an independent laboratory document confirming exactly what is in each batch of our product. It verifies the identity of the active peptide, confirms purity above 99%, and certifies that the product is free from endotoxins and heavy metals. All test results for each formula are published on this page.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are free from common irritants and are formulated to be gentle. The Night Time Serum in particular — with its Apigenin and GABA complex — was developed with calming and anti-inflammatory support in mind. As with any new skincare, we recommend a patch test before full application.
Are these products for cosmetic use?
Yes. All Peptivelle products are formulated for cosmetic topical use. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
